When raising an invoice it is possible to automatically have it addressed to the client's Additional Contact (for example a Service Provider).

To achieve this follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the client's "Details" page and navigate to the "Additional Contacts" section.

Step 2: Click on the Edit button located in front of the contact person. That will open the below page. Now put a tick on the checkbox of "Primary Contact" and then hit the "Update" button.

Now, all generated invoices for the client will by default addressed to the primary contact person. 

Please note, If a (or some) particular invoice is not meant to go to the "additional contact" then you can manually choose another contact from the dropdown menu (located under the "To" section).

Also, if you have two contacts and one is set as "Primary Contact" while another contact is set as "Billing Contact", the default target of the invoice will be the "Billing Contact".
