Leave can be partially declined even after approving it.To achieve this, navigate to Staff --> Leave --> Calendar

From the calendar select the leave to be declined. This will direct you to the leave information page.

From the leave information page, select the Decline This Leave option.

Note: When declining leave within a specified leave period, make sure to select the appropriate leave date within the requested leave time frame. This is important as this will be the leave date that will be declined.

Before leave is declined, you will be required to enter the reason for declining leave.

The selected leave that has been declined will appear on the leave information page under Selected Leave Details

The declined selected leave will also appear red in the leave calendar
