Adding brand new shift will not check staff leave until shift is saved

While creating a new Shift, ShiftCare will not block manager from adding staff on leave until you save the shift

If you are adding a new shift, then ShiftCare will not be able to check that carer is on leave until you hit save. 

However, as soon as you save the new shift, if chosen staff happens to be on leave then (new) shift will move to pending (Red) state as soon as you hit save.
