This article has two sections, first on cancelling a one off shift and later it covers how to cancel or rebook multiple shifts at once.

Cancel a shift - one off

If you need to cancel a shift in scheduler, click the shift to display its details. Now click More Options. Click Cancel to cancel the shift.

A window will prompt you to enter a reason and give you the option to notify staff. You may also cancel a shift due to client absent.

Click Confirm when done.

Rebook a shift - one off

To rebook a shift, simply follow the same process as above. Click More options and now click Rebook instead.

This shift will now be available again.

Cancel or rebook multiple shifts in a recurring sequence

Where you have multiple shifts in a recurring sequence you can cancel or rebook them in a group.

To do this, when you have the shift details open you'll see in the Time & Location section the number of recurring shifts in the series.


Clicking on this opens the list of shifts in that series of recurring shifts. Here you can select which shifts should be rebooked or cancelled.
