If you wish to have invoicing sent to a different contact than the participant in Shiftcare, it is possible to create additional contacts for your client and set a Billing Contact to receive invoices.
Firstly, open up a profile under the Client list and click on a given participant in the list. Then start by creating additional contacts, for example, Plan manager details.
👉🏽 You can create as many contacts as required, for example, primary physician, parents etc.
If most of your invoices go to this contact (plan manager in our example) then choose this contact as ☑ Billing Contact. This will ensure that during the invoice generation phase billing contact is automatically set, which can be updated if required.
On the client's details page, you can select the Add button to complete the contact's details.
Once you complete your setup, you should see something similar to the below image:
