There may be instances where an erroneous scrollbar overlaps part of the user interface or drop down menu as shown in the examples below.

This only appears to occur in rare instances on some Windows-based machines running Chrome.

This issue only affects a small number of customers and is due to a feature in Chrome called 'Overlay Scrollbars'.

By default, Chrome controls these scrollbars automatically, but instances may arise where you may see these appear in the ShiftCare user interface.

To resolve the issue, you will need to Enable 'Overlay Scrollbars' in Chrome.

Please read warning in Chrome as this is an experimental feature

  1. Navigate to the following URL from the address bar in Chrome. You will need to copy and paste, or type the URL below into the address bar as it cannot be linked:

    chrome://flags/

  2. Use search at the top of the page to locate 'Overlay Scrollbars' and select 'Enabled' from the drop down menu:

3. Relaunch Chrome when prompted. The button will appear on the bottom right corner of your screen.

Relaunch your ShiftCare page, and the issue should now be resolved...
