Use this cheat sheet of ready-made AI prompts to quickly fetch, analyse, and manage your data across clients, shifts, leave, and invoices.

Once you have connected your AI assistant (like Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot) to the ShiftCare Model Context Protocol (MCP), you can fetch, analyse, and update your data just by chatting.

This Prompt Library serves as a "cheat sheet" for the types of questions and commands you can use. You can copy and paste these prompts directly into your AI assistant, making sure to replace the bracketed information like [Client] or [Date] with your actual data.

Keep in mind that these are just example questions that the AI can answer. Because you are chatting with an AI, you are not limited to this list! Feel free to change the wording or write entirely custom prompts tailored to exactly what you need.

Client Management

Funding and Balances

  • Which clients have SAH agreements and what are their account values?

  • What is the remaining balance for[client]?

  • Show me all funds for [client].

  • Which clients have the most hours remaining?

  • Which client funds expire in the next 30 days?
