Adding licensed seats

As your team grows, you will need to add more seats to cater to your growing business

Overview

If you’ve reached the maximum number of staff allowed on your current subscription and are ready to add more, then you’ve come to the right place.

📝 Note: Only Admin users can make changes to subscriptions and add licensed seats.

Here’s how it’s done:

Adding seats

  1. On the sidebar, click Account.

  2. On the drop-down menu, click Subscription.

  3. This will take you to the subscription page, where your current subscription is displayed.

  4. Click Edit Subscription.

  5. Next to STAFF, you’ll find a number that displays the current number of seats in your subscription. Click "+" or "-" to increase or decrease the required amount of staff required for your account.


    📝 Note:: You will not be able to decrease the minimum number of staff below the current active staff members in your account.

  6. Click Update when you’ve chosen the right number of seats for your team.

  7. You’ll then be asked to confirm the changes. Click Confirm.

  8. Congratulations! You’ve successfully modified the number of allowed licensed seats on your account and can now add additional staff profiles.

Subscriptions are paid per licensed seat. Thus, increasing the number of licenses or upgrading to a higher subscription tier will be charged immediately on a pro-rata basis.

On the other hand, decreasing seats and switching to another subscription plan will incur credit that will be applied to the next billing cycle.
