Currently, enabling Two Factor Authentication for your profile will prevent your ability to log into the mobile app. If you require the ability to log in to the mobile, do not enable Two Factor Authentication at this time.
How to Enable 2FA
Log in to your account on app.shiftcare.com
Click on your profile name on the top right of the screen
Click on Profile
At the bottom of the screen click on Enable Two Factor Authentication
Enter your password
Check your email inbox for your verification code (may take a couple of minutes to come through)
Enter the code
Logging in with 2FA enabled
Log into your account on app.shiftcare.com
Check your email inbox for your verification code
