Two Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a layer of protection to your account by requiring a second verification step beyond your password.

This feature is currently in Beta, and not available to everyone. If you would like to be part of our beta testing for this feature, please email paul@shiftcare.com

Currently, enabling Two Factor Authentication for your profile will prevent your ability to log into the mobile app. If you require the ability to log in to the mobile, do not enable Two Factor Authentication at this time.

How to Enable 2FA

  1. Log in to your account on app.shiftcare.com

  2. Click on your profile name on the top right of the screen

  3. Click on Profile

  4. At the bottom of the screen click on Enable Two Factor Authentication

  5. Enter your password

  6. Check your email inbox for your verification code (may take a couple of minutes to come through)

  7. Enter the code

Logging in with 2FA enabled

  1. Log into your account on app.shiftcare.com

  2. Check your email inbox for your verification code

  3. Enter your verification code
