Currently, enabling Two Factor Authentication on your profile will prevent your ability to log into the mobile app. If you require the ability to log in to the mobile app, do not enable Two Factor Authentication on your profile at this time.
How to Enable 2FA
Log in to your account at https://app.shiftcare.com
Click on your profile name on the top right of the screen
Click on Profile
At the bottom of the screen click on Enable Two Factor Authentication
Enter your password
Check your email inbox for your verification code (may take a couple of minutes to come through)
Enter the code
Logging in with 2FA enabled
Log into your account at https://app.shiftcare.com
Check your email inbox for your verification code
Enter your verification code
How to disable 2FA
