Web App Support:

For the office teams who manage their operations through the ShiftCare webpage (https://app.shiftcare.com/), our web application is officially supported on the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome ⭐️ (It is highly recommended to use Google Chrome or Incognito due to its optimised performance and compatibility. Chrome offers robust support for modern web technologies, ensuring that all our functions work seamlessly).

iOS App Support:

For support workers out in the field, our mobile app is fully compatible with iOS devices, ensuring seamless access to our platform for iPhone users. All iPhone models running iOS 16 and above are supported, including the following iPhone models:

  • iPhone 8, 8 Plus, X, XR, XS, XS Max

  • iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 series

  • iPhone SE 2nd gen and later

Ensure your ShiftCare app stays up to date by regularly checking for the latest version in the App Store.

The ShiftCare app can be downloaded on an iPad and automatically scales to its larger screen, eliminating the need for manual zooming for a smoother, faster user experience.
