To provide a seamless user experience, it's essential to understand which platforms, environments, and operating systems are supported. Below, we've outlined the optimal configurations that work best with ShiftCare.

Web App Support:

For the office teams who manage their operations through the ShiftCare webpage (https://app.shiftcare.com/) and for the families of participants accessing the Connect webpage (https://connect.shiftcare.com/), our web application is officially supported on the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome ⭐️ (It is highly recommended to use Google Chrome or Incognito due to its optimized performance and compatibility. Chrome offers robust support for modern web technologies, ensuring that all our functions work seamlessly).

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Apple Safari

iOS App Support:

For support workers out in the field, our mobile app is fully compatible with iOS devices, ensuring seamless access to our platform for iPhone users. We support devices running iOS version 11 and above, including the following iPhone models:

  • iPhone 6S and 6S Plus

  • iPhone 7 and 7 Plus

  • iPhone 8 and 8 Plus

  • iPhone X

  • iPhone XR

  • iPhone XS and XS Max

  • iPhone 11, 11 Pro, and 11 Pro Max

It is possible to access our mobile app on an iPad. You can download the app from the App Store on your iPad. However, please note that the layout will be designed for mobile phones and won't fill the full iPad screen.

Android App Support:

For support workers out in the field using Android smartphones, our app is tailored to run smoothly on devices operating on Android version 5.0 (API 21) or newer, commonly referred to as Lollipop. We've provided a list of supported models below:

  • Android 10: Version: 10, API level: 29
