Create a Ticket

To Create a new incident ticket, navigate to Incidents > Tickets > New Ticket

Fill out the fields you wish to populate. Only Ticket Name and Ticket Description are required fields.

View Tickets

To view current tickets, navigate to Incidents > Tickets

From here you will be able to see all tickets. You can modify the status, and other fields of tickets from this view as well.

Click on the ticket to open it up.

Once you have opened a ticket, you can add information to the ticket by scrolling down to the Ticket Discussion field, and typing in notes or communications you have made regarding this incident.

You can click on edit to edit details as well.
