Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can I turn off SCHADS warnings?

The Display Industry Awards Warnings Popup After Save setting only controls whether the SCHADS warning pop-up appears after a shift is saved. It does not disable SCHADS award calculations or warnings.

Please note:

  • Leaving the Default Industry Award field blank does not disable SCHADS warnings.

  • The red warning icon and warning banner displayed on shifts are part of the SCHADS feature itself and will continue to appear whenever award calculations produce results.

  • There is currently no customer-facing setting to completely disable SCHADS warnings.

If you would like SCHADS warnings to be turned off entirely, please contact our Support team. We can disable the feature from the backend on your behalf. If you later decide to re-enable it, you'll need to contact us again to submit a new request.
