Adjusting client attendance at the program level simply means allocating client attendance whilst generating a program. This can be of assistance when client attendance times differ to that of the specified program time and staff times as it allows the flexibility of allocating client, staff and program times independent of each other.
Adjust Client Attendance
While generating new program, click on Select Client +.
This will open the client list. From this page select the client/s that the service is being provided for.
On the same page next to the client's name will be the time adjustment feature. Select this to adjust the client/s attendance time in the service.
Once client attendance has been allocated accordingly, select Done at the bottom right of the client list page to ensure all changes are saved and applied to the program.
Note that the client attendance times allocated on a program level will be applied to all shifts within the program. To amend client attendance for a specific shift read Adjust Client Attendance at Shift Level (make documentation and link here once published)
