Before you can add a shift, you need to have atleast one staff and/or client added into your account. This quick guide will help you familiarise with adding client and staff :
Adding a Staff
To create or view your Staff list first click on Staff in the left-hand menu. To add a new staff, click on New under the Staff menu. Fill out the form and click create. If any validation errors occur, for example, mobile number was not provided or you get a message that one of the information in this form is already saved in ShiftCare, fix those and hit create again.
Tip: To view list of all staff members click on List link found under Staff Menu in left-hand menu.
Adding a Client
To add a Client, again click on Client in left-hand menu, then click on New. This open up new client form as shown below, enter their details to ensure complete info and compliance. Its Important to type NDIA number if you want to claim funds from NDIS.
