Before being able to assign shifts and adding programs, you must have staff data entered into shiftcare. Begin this process by adding all your staff into the ShiftCare database.
Navigate to the main menu on the left hand side. Select the Staff tab. This will open a drop-down menu with the a tab labelled New. Click on this tab.
There are 3 mandatory fields needed to create a new staff profile:
This information will appear on the front of the staff profile. Please make sure that salutations, name and roles are assigned accordingly. Photos are optional.
Assign roles to all staff members accordingly as the access levels in each role vary.
Office staff should have one of the following roles assigned:
