Customers can approve or reject services from the calendar or list section.
To be aware of the number of services requiring approval, a value will be displayed above the flag icon. This value represents the number of unapproved shifts.
1.1 Approve Shifts via Calendar
Accepting service attendance and all information detailed in the service request (Time, date, location and assigned staff). Thus the service was fulfilled.
An accepted service will be highlighted teal in the service calendar
1.2 Reject Shift via Calendar
Rejecting a service rejects the service attendance.
The rejected service will be highlighted Gold in the service calendar
1.3 Undo via Calendar
To undo the approval or rejecting of a service, simply select the blue Undo option at the bottom right of the service information box. This will revert the service to it's original status.
Undoing a service approval or decline will be recorded in the service timeline.
2.1 Approve Shifts via List
Service attendance can also be approved via the service list. To access the list select the services tab. This will bring up the drop-down menu containing calendar and list. Select List.
From the list you can approve services by selecting the blue circle icon.
This will approve the service, however you can undo this by selecting the undo icon.
2.2 Rejecting Services via List
Services can also be rejected via the service list page. Select the red 'x' to reject a service.

Rejecting a service can also be undone by selecting the blue undo icon.
