Before being able to assign shifts, create rates and generate programs, you must have staff and client data entered into ShiftCare.
Navigate to the main menu on the left hand side. Select the Staff tab (or Clients tab if adding clients). This will open a drop-down menu, in the menu select the tab labelled New.
After selecting new staff/client you will be redirected to the profile details page. Here is where all information about staff/client will be entered & updated.
All this information will be visible on the front page of the staff member's profile.
For staff there are 3 mandatory sections needed to create a new profile:

Note: A mandatory section refers to the minimal information required for ShiftCare to be able to generate a new profile. Thus it is up to the organisation's staff to enter any other information required by their team for every staff and client as per their protocol.
