After shifts have been generated a client's name may be highlighted in red despite other factors of the shifts being allocated correctly. The reason for this is down to rates. When a client's name is in red this is a clear indicator that their rates have not be attached to the shift accordingly. To amend this you can attach the client's rate via their shift breakdown.
To attach the client's rate to the shift, select the client's name on the shift information page.
This will direct you to the client's profile page. From here, select Shifts Breakdown.
Attach Rates in Client Shift Breakdown
On the shifts breakdown page, the shift will be highlighted red as no rate has been attached.
To attach a rate select the blue notepad located on the far right of the highlighted shift.
When the blue notepad is selected a dialogue box will open with the option Rate Group available.
The rate group option is a drop-down menu with a list of rates. From the menu, select the appropriate rate to attach to the shift. Once a rate has been selected remember to click Submit at the bottom right of the dialogue box to ensure that the rate is applied.
Once the rate has been applied, the shift will no longer be highlighted red in the client's shift breakdown.
The client's name will also be highlighted green with the rate visible next to their name.
