Rates can be applied to client's services based on the area allocated to the client. This relies on the rule that Areas are also classified as rates, meaning that when Admin create an area it is automatically added into the rates section in the ShiftCare database. When this area is allocated to the client on the their profile, any rates attached to that area will be applied to all the client's services.
Add Rates in Area
For new rates: create a new area by selecting the New tab under Area.

Once a new area is created, it will automatically be added as a rate group in Rates.
From here, add rates to the rate group. For more information on adding rates read Adding Rates & Rate Groups in the ShiftCare Knowledgebase.
Allocate Area in Client Details
Once the rates have been applied, you can allocate the area to clients via their profile. Navigate to Edit Profile on the client's account (this is the same page viewed when adding client details).
On this page will be the Area allocation section. From here select the area from the drop-down menu to attach to the client.
Rates Applied to Services
Rates attached will also be displayed on the service information page
