Before being able to assign shifts, create rates and generate programs, you must have staff and client data entered into ShiftCare.
Navigate to the main menu on the left hand side. Select the Staff tab. This will open a drop-down menu, in the menu select the tab labeled New.
After selecting new staff/client you will be redirected to the profile details page. Here is where all information about staff/client will be entered & updated.
All this information will be visible on the front page of the staff member's profile.
