Generating Timesheet Reports

Accessing caregiver timesheet reports is vital for accurate billing, verification, compliance, communication, and care evaluation. They document hours, tasks, and presence, ensuring proper billing and proof of services.

In this article, we’ll walk you through how a Timesheet Report can be accessed on the platform.

Let’s get started

Accessing the Report

  1. Click Reports on the left-hand menu.

  2. Select Timesheet in the drop-down.

  3. On the Report page, select a Start Date and End Date of the duration that you’d like to generate a timesheet report.

  4. Click Apply.

    📝 Note: If you don't select a Date Range, it will default to the date period from the last time you used the function.

Exporting the Report to your Payroll Software

If you wish to export the report to your Payroll software:

  1. Click the download icon at the bottom right of the page.

  2. You’ll then be given format options to choose from. Select the format that you would like to download.

    📝 Note: Options will vary depending on the selected Payroll software selected on your Account Settings.

    If you select any option under the payroll software you’re using, this will automatically export to the linked and selected Payroll software. In the screenshot below, we have ADP Run.

    If you select CSV, this will download a CSV file to your Computer.

  3. You’ll be notified once the download is ready. For exporting to payrolls, you will receive this message banner:


Saving and Printing the Report as PDF

To save and print the report:

  1. Click on the Print icon.

  2. You will see a Print screen page where you can choose the number of copies, pages, set up margins, etc.

  3. This is also where you can save the report in PDF format. To do so, select Save as PDF from the Destination drop-down menu.

  4. Click Save when you’re all set.

  5. You can then open the PDF file and print it.
