The events report is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of both client and staff activity. It categorizes all activity into different sections, some of which are specific to either staff or clients.

The report consists of two main elements: Summary and Details. In the summary section, you'll find a high-level overview of all staff and client activity. This section provides a broader understanding of the events that have taken place.

For more specific and concise information on recorded events, you can refer to the details section. Here, you'll find in-depth information about each event, allowing for a more comprehensive understanding of the activities that have occurred.

We’ll discuss these sections in more detail below:

Accessing the Events Report

To generate the events report:

  1. On the lefthand menu, scroll down and click Reports.

  2. A drop-down menu will appear with all reports listed. Select Events.

  3. This will open up another drop-down menu, labeled Summary and Details.

Summary Events Report

The summary events report provides a general overview of activities related to clients and staff. It is organized into five categories (see screenshot):

Details Events Report

If you want to see more detailed information about all recorded events, you can easily do so by navigating to the Details tab. This tab will provide you with a more comprehensive view of the events with additional information.

In the report is the summary column, which outlines who initiated the event, what the event category is, the time the event was recorded, and the date on which the event was recorded.

You can also click on the recorded event. Here, you can access the staff or client's communication page where the event was initially recorded.

This allows you to gather more detailed information about what was specifically mentioned in each report (See screenshot below).

Filtering Events Reports

All Events Reports can be filtered in several ways:

  • By Clients or Staff

  • By Date Range

  • Through the Search Bar

The Details Events Reports can be further filtered by:

  • Event Categories

Note: Filters may vary between staff and clients. For example, staff have a Warnings and Reminder filter while clients do not.

Exporting the Events Report

To export the Events Report, scroll down to the bottom right of the page. Here, you’ll see the download and print buttons.

If you click the download button, the report will be exported as an Excel file to your computer. Please note that filtering options do not apply when exporting events. These can be filtered or arranged into a pivot table once you've opened the file in Excel.

If you click the printer icon, you can print the report, or save it as a PDF file.
