Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
I donāt see the Quotes menu in my account. Where can I find it?
If the Quotes menu is not visible in the left sidebar, the feature may not be enabled in your account. To enable it:
Go to Account.
Select Feature Settings.
Toggle on Enable Quotes.
Once enabled, the Quotes menu will appear in the sidebar.
For more information, see: Managing Feature Settings.
Why canāt I see a form when attaching it to a quote?
Only forms set as General type can be attached to a quote.
If the form youāre looking for does not appear, it may be because it is set as an Incident type form. Incident forms are not supported for attachment to quotes.
To resolve this, ensure that the form you want to use is created or configured as a General form type.
