When entering a progress note in the app, carers can use voice to dictate their note, and then rephrase it to make it more professional and error-free.

This can be used on progress notes with or without headings.

To speak your notes, navigate to the shift > Progress Tab > + Button > Progress Notes

Click the Microphone button, say your note, then press the stop button when finished

To use this feature, type or say your shift notes, then push the rephrase button.

You can then choose to Accept or Discard the changes.

This feature will allow admin workers to get a summary of notes added to individual shifts.

Navigate to the shift in question, and you will find the summarise button at the top of the Events tab.

When clicked, you will receive a summary. You can save the summary as a new note on the shift (privately if needed).
