Never lose your work again. With Auto-Save Drafts, your notes and reports are automatically saved to your device while you’re writing, so you can return later and finish them without starting over.

Drafts are auto-saved when entering:
Progress Notes
Feedback
Incident Reports
Enquiries
Each draft is saved and grouped by shift and note type, making it easy to resume exactly where you left off.
🔄 How It Works
Action | What Happens |
Start typing | Content is saved in the background automatically |
Navigate away or close the app | Your draft is safely stored on your device |
Return to the shift or note | Your draft reloads so you can continue |
Tap Save | The draft is cleared from your device and submitted |
Note: Drafts are only saved locally to your device.
You must tap Save to submit your notes to your admin team.
Create a draft
When creating a new note, the note will be saved as a draft on your mobile device. It is not submitted to your Admin team in this state.
Saving your draft (send to your Admin team)
Click 'Save' to submit your completed notes to your Admin team
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation that your note has been submitted and saved successfully

One draft is stored per shift and note type
Once you save and submit the note, the draft is removed
If your app doesn’t seem to auto-save, your organisation may not have the feature enabled yet
