How to use ShiftCare Certifications
Connect ShiftCare to ShiftCare Certifications
Once you have subscribed and logged into ShiftCare Certifications (https://shiftcare-au.assessapp.com), you will need to connect it via an API Key.
In ShiftCare Certifications , navigate to Settings
Click on the Key Symbol, then click Copy on the ShiftCare API Key
Switch over to ShiftCare, and navigate to Integrations > Browse, click Enable on ShiftCare Certifications
Navigate to Integrations > ShiftCare Certifications and click Connect. Paste in the API Key you copied from the previous steps, and click Connect
Creating your Staff Accounts on ShiftCare Certifications
Note: This step MUST be done if you wish to have completed courses imported into ShiftCare in the staff members' documentation
In ShiftCare, navigate to Integrations > ShiftCare Certifications > Export Staff
Click the Export Staff button
This will create all your staff over in ShiftCare Certifications - you can see a log below after the import is done
Retrieving Completed Courses as Staff Qualifications
ShiftCare automatically retrieves any completed courses your staff takes as a qualification on their staff profile! This sync occurs every hour. Should you wish to trigger a manual sync of all complete courses for staff, they can do so on the Import Completed Courses Page.
