Accept your ShiftCare invitation email

When an account is created the user will receive an email invitation to set a password, they must accept to complete the account creation.

Before you begin using ShiftCare, you will need to provide the email address you will be using to sign into ShiftCare to the head of your organisation, alternatively they may provide a work email for you.

Once your email address has been added to the ShiftCare database for your organisation, you will receive an email containing a ShiftCare invitation to set your password.

Note: Invite your carers or staff to use shift care with this article πŸ‘ˆ

Email Notification

Invitation Link

The notification will contain a link labelled accept your invitation.

Create Password

Clicking on this link will redirect you to the password-setup page.

Create your new password and click submit. Once you've submitted your password, you'll be logged into your account.

Note: remember your login details or you may not be able to access unless an admin resets you password for you. To do this as an admin user, read this articleπŸ‘ˆ

Download an App

Carers can now download the ShiftCare app and access with the above login details.
