If a carer was to call in sick, swapping to another carer is quick and easy. 

You can simply drag and drop shift to an available carer in scheduler, and the shift will be automatically assigned to them. 

Instead you can also edit the shift and choose a new carer. Click the shift, then click Edit.

Remember to notify the new carer to send to them an alert they have been assigned.
