Staff receives below notifications via an app.

  • Approve/Decline leave

  • Approve/decline timesheet

  • Shift shared by employer

  • Shift cancellation/edit notification if an employer clicks on "notify staff"

The reason you are not receiving notifications because your notifications option is switched off. You can turn ON these notifications by following the below steps.


Step 1: Go to Phone Settings and then click on App and notifications option.

Step 2: Click on ShiftCare

Step 3: This will take you to ShiftCare info page. Now click on Notifications

Step 4: Now turn on the notifications by clicking on Show notifications. You can click on advance notifications as well for an advance notification settings.


Step 1: Go to Phone Settings and then find "ShiftCare".

Step 2: This will take you to ShiftCare App setting page. Click on Notifications option.

Step 3: Now click on Allow Notifications as shown in below screenshot. There are other options on this screen as well eg sound, show on Lock screen etc. according to your requirement you can turn on those options aswell.
