The general process for exporting reports is the same for all reports.
Simple Download Reports
These reports can be exported instantly using the standard export process. Depending on the report, the file will either export immediately after clicking ‘Export’ or you may see a ‘CSV’ button to click before the export begins.
These reports include:
Fund Balance Report
Performance Report
Exception Report
KPI Report
Competency Report
Compliance Report
Qualifications Report
Events Report (Both Summary and Details)
Here are the steps to download these reports:
Open the Reports tab in the sidebar menu and select the report you want to download.
Apply the necessary filters at the top of the screen to specify the report details you want to export. Each report type will have different filters.
Click the 'Export' button. The file will either be exported immediately or you may see a ‘CSV’ button.
Click the Notifications bell icon next to your account name to check if the export is complete.
Select the export notification to open your Staff Communications page, where a download link will appear. Click 'Download File' to download your report.
You’ll also receive an email containing the same download link.
Raw/Summary Data Reports
While these reports also follow the standard export process, you can choose the level of detail you need. Raw data offers detailed, specific information, while Summary data provides a high-level overview of the report’s contents.

Activity Report
Cost Breakdown Report
Here are the steps to download these reports:
Open the Reports tab in the sidebar menu and select the report you want to download.
Apply the necessary filters at the top of the screen to specify the report details you want to export. Each report type will have different filters.
Click the 'Export' button, then choose whether you want to export the Summary or Raw version of the report. You can export both versions one at a time.
Click the Notifications bell icon next to your account name to check if the export is complete.
Select the export notification to open your Staff Communications page, where a download link will appear. Click 'Download File' to download your report.
