If you send an Invoice from ShiftCare, but it does not reach intended audience then run through following checks:

  1. Ensure that email address is correct and valid

  2. Ask the client to check their Junk folder

  3. Whitelist shiftcare.com domain, so that future emails can be received.

  4. Use print invoice option to save it as PDF and then email invoice via your personal email.
