Cancelling Your ShiftCare Account
Note: If you are on a trial, there is no need to do anything. Simply let your trial lapse, and it will be cancelled.
If you have decided to terminate or cancel your ShiftCare subscription and stop using ShiftCare, you can follow these steps to proceed:
Navigate to Account > Subscription from the sidebar menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the red Request Cancellation button.
A cancellation request form will open in a new browser tab.
Complete and submit the form to proceed with your cancellation request.
Once submitted, our team will review your request and contact you to confirm the cancellation.
During this process, we may also discuss any available options that could help you continue using ShiftCare, should you wish to do so.
⚠️ As we don’t offer refunds as per the T&C, we allow you access until the end of your subscription period. If you are still being charged after requesting a cancellation, please read this guide.
At the end of the billing period, access to your account will cease, and the whole organisation will lose access to ShiftCare.
