Cancelling Your ShiftCare Account
Note: If you are on a trial, there is no need to do anything. Simply let your trial lapse, and it will be cancelled.
If you have decided to terminate or cancel your ShiftCare subscription and stop using ShiftCare, you can do this on the subscription page. ("Account > Subscription" page on the sidebar menu)
At the bottom of the page, you will see a red button that says "Request Cancellation". Clicking on this button will trigger a workflow for our team. A team member will normally reach out to confirm your cancellation and discuss any options that may help you continue using ShiftCare, if you wish.
⚠️ As we don’t offer refunds as per the T&C, we allow you access until the end of your subscription period. If you are still being charged after requesting a cancellation, please read this guide.
At the end of the billing period, access to your account will cease, and the whole organisation will lose access to ShiftCare.
