Follow these steps to remove a client's or staff member's photo from their profile page.
Download the default profile image
Windows Users: Right-click the image below and save it to your local drive
Mac Users: Control+click the image below to save it to your local drive
Replace the image
Visit the Client or Staff member's profile page by navigating via the left sidebar:
Select the staff or client by clicking on their name. This will load their profile. Click on the camera icon in the photo section.
That will take you to the page below. Now press Click to upload, and navigate to the location you saved the default image in step 1.
Click Done - the profile photo has been replaced with the default image.
