Overview

Follow these steps to remove a client or staff member's photo from their profile page.

Step 1

Download the default profile image

Windows Users: Right click the image below and save to your local drive

Mac Users: Control+click the image below to save to your local drive

Step 2

Replace the image

Visit the Client of Staff member's profile page by navigating to via the menu:

Staff >> List

or

Client >> List

Select the staff or client by clicking on their name. This will load their profile. Click on the camera icon in the photo section.

That will take you to page below. Now press Click to upload, and navigate to the location you saved the default image in step 1.

Click Done - the profile photo has been replaced with the default image.
