You can create 2 emails using the same email address by modifying one of the email addresses.

For example, if your existing email address is

your alternative email login could be

admin+xxxxx@emailaddress.com.au


When you log into ShiftCare, you can use these two separate addresses to log into different accounts.

When emails are sent to the email with +xxxxx added to the address, most email gateways will ignore this and simply send the correspondence to the main email address.

This will allow you to use the same email address for different logins in ShiftCare. You can name the second email anything you want after the '+' symbol.


For example:

admin+account2@emailaddress.com.au

admin+support@emailaddress.com.au
