Use the Same Email Address for Two Service Providers

You may work for two different providers and use ShiftCare for both organisations. You can use the same email address by modifying your second login email

You can create 2 emails using the same email address by modifying one of the email addresses.

For example, if your existing email address is:

Your alternative email login could be:

admin+xxxxx@emailaddress.com.au

When you log into ShiftCare, you can use this process of creating two separate addresses to log into different accounts.

When emails are sent to the email with +xxxxx added to the address, most email gateways will ignore this and simply send the correspondence to the main email address.

This will allow you to use the same email address for different logins in ShiftCare. You can name the second email anything you want after the '+' symbol.


For example:

admin+account2@emailaddress.com.au

admin+support@emailaddress.com.au
