The message 'disabled for client' in the events tab of the app is shown

In this circumstance, the "Share Progress Notes" option is unticked for this client, and therefore there are no events to be shown.

To enable sharing the progress notes for a client between the carers who have been assigned shifts with them please see the article:

The "Share Progress Notes" option is controlled for each client, it cannot be managed for all clients at once.
