When adding a new staff member to ShiftCare, the system will send them an email to confirm their email address and allow them to set a password for their account.

If you have not taken this step when logging in you will see the message:

You have a pending invitation, accept it to finish creating your account.

The link expires after 24 hours, if this has happened you will see an error message to say the token has expired. If this is the case your admin/office team will need to resend the invite to you. If you are the admin, please contact another admin or our support team.
