In this article we cover:

Tabular view for Scheduler allows you to see all your shifts in a table list format. This allows additional, useful information to be displayed for each shift compared to the regular Scheduler format. It is therefore useful as a way of getting a high level overview of shift activities.

To access Tabular view open the 'View' menu and toggle on Tabular:

Through tabular view you can see:

Which shifts have clock-in and clock-outs

If a shift has a clock-in, the time of the clock-in will be displayed as a label next to the shift start time.

Likewise, if a shift has a clock-out time then the clock-out time will be next to the shift end time.

If a shift has mileage and/or expenses added and whether the correct allowances have been added

Under the 'Trackers' section of the shift you can see if a shift has mileage or expenses added and whether the correct mileage and expenses allowances have been added too:

Filtering shifts to focus on what you need

Tabular view allows you to focus down on specific sets of shifts. You can filter by:

  • Team, staff or client

  • What allowances are attached

  • If a shift has or doesn't have a clock-in, mileage, expense and note

Your selected filters will be visible at the top of the table, from where you can clear or edit them:

Customising your view

Having a lot of data points on a table can make it hard to read, that's why we have made some of the columns optional and you can select which ones to view. These columns include:

You can toggle these using the vertical-ellipses menu:

There are also certain columns that are only visible depending on whether you are in Client view or Staff view:

  • Staff view: Allowances

  • Client view: Price book
