Enabling Location Permission on Apple (iOS)

Method 1: During App Installation

  1. During Installation: If you're installing the ShiftCare Mobile App for the first time, you will likely be prompted to grant location access during installation. Follow these steps:

    • Tap "Download" or "Install" on the ShiftCare app's page in the App Store.

    • When the permission prompt appears, tap "Allow" to grant location access.

Method 2: After App Installation

  1. Settings App:

    • Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.

  2. App Settings: Scroll down and find "ShiftCare" in the list of installed apps.

  3. Location: Inside the ShiftCare app settings, find and tap "Location."

  4. Choose Location Access: You will see options like "Never," "Ask Next Time," or "While Using the App." For the best experience with ShiftCare, select "While Using the App" to grant location access only when the app is in use.

Method 3: Through App Prompt

  1. App Prompt: Open the ShiftCare app.

  2. Location Prompt: The app may prompt you to grant location access for specific features or functionalities. Tap "Allow" when prompted.

Method 1: During App Installation

  5. Location: Toggle the switch next to "Location" to enable it. Android devices may have options like "Allow all the time," "Allow only while using the app," or "Deny."
