To access and log in to your ShiftCare account, you’ll need to select the correct ShiftCare login page based on your region.
ShiftCare Web Login Pages
Depending on your location, there are different pages to log in to your ShiftCare account:
To ensure your account is set up with the correct account and compliance settings, ShiftCare automatically detects your location using your IP address.
If you visit a ShiftCare sign-up page that does not match your current region (e.g., visiting the US site while located in Australia), a pop-up will appear guiding you to the correct site for your country.
Troubleshooting: Invalid Email or Password
If you're seeing the error message "Invalid email or password," it's possible that you've landed on the wrong ShiftCare login page. Make sure you're selecting the correct regional login to access your ShiftCare account.
Logging in via Single Sign-On (SSO) - Enterprise Plan Only
If your organisation has enabled SSO, you can log in using your standard company email address.
SSO is available exclusively on our Enterprise plan. If you are currently on a different plan and are interested in enabling SSO, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or contact our team to discuss upgrading to Enterprise.
Click the 'Sign in with SSO' button.
Enter your Company Email Address and click 'Continue'.
You will be redirected to your company's sign-in page to verify your credentials and complete the login.
ShiftCare Mobile App Login Pages
On the mobile app, in the top right-hand-corner you'll notice a drop-down option:
Tapping it will allow you to select your appropriate region. The options are:
Global for Australia, New Zealand, and other regions
Canada for users in Canada
United States for users in the United States
United Kingdom for users in the UK
You can also log in via SSO in the mobile app.
