Check-in alert can be used to remind frontline staff about covid safety

Care workers help some of the most vulnerable members of the community. Older people and those with a disability are particularly susceptible to the effects of COVID-19. Weโ€™re committed to helping you and your team stay safe, so as part of our ongoing efforts, app gives a simple COVID safety reminder to check your symptoms every time you plan a shift.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ As an admin, you have the option of turning this on and off as needed.

Turning on alert

Setting up alert as well as message is simple and it is managed via Account Settings, under Time & attendance section.

โšก๏ธ Note: Displayed message can be customized through Account settings as explained above.

Once turned on, care workers will see message/prompt when they check-in to a shift.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ Care workers should be using App version 2.8.9 or above for message to appear.
