Chat Support
The best way to get support is to simply reach out! If you have any questions or concerns, you may reach out to our Support team by following these steps:
Log in to ShiftCare.
On the platform, click the blue chat bubble located at the lower left side of your screen.
This will open a dialogue box with helpful articles. To message our Support team, click the 'Chat with us' button.
This will connect you to our Support team. Type a message in the provided space, then click the blue arrow icon to send it.
Please feel free to provide as many details as you can. For technical inquiries, you can attach screenshots using the paper clip icon.
Our Support team will reply immediately within support hours.
You can also reach out to us through email at support@shiftcare.com.
Our Support Hours
Standard AU hours for live chat support are:
Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 8:30 PM AEST
Saturday to Sunday: 9 AM to 5 PM AEST
Standard AU hours for voice support are:
Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM AEST
We reply immediately within these hours, but you are free to leave a message anytime. Our Support team works hard to answer your queries and provide solutions as soon as possible.
Help Center
We also have a Help Center housing a library of Help articles that are available to you and your team.
It’s a big library! If there is a specific topic you need help with, you can run a keyword search at the top of the page.

Open the support widget. When you open the chat bubble to reach out to support, you can run a search for help center articles, too:

YouTube
We also offer a library of video resources on YouTube. You can search by keywords to find what you need, and there’s a lot to explore!
It’s a great place to learn more about ShiftCare, dive into a specific feature, or figure something out on your own.
To navigate our YouTube channel, follow these steps:
Go to our YouTube channel.
Navigate through the Videos and Playlists tab and find what you need.
You can also run a search for video topics within the channel through the in-channel search bar.

Search for existing requests
Enter keywords related to the feature you’re looking for to check if it has already been suggested.Vote on existing posts
If you find a relevant request, you can support or oppose it by using the upvote or downvote arrows next to the post.Use filters to explore posts
Apply filter options to sort posts by trends or status.Submit a new request
If the feature hasn’t been suggested yet, you can create a new post to share your idea.
