This dynamic HubSpot integration allows you to automatically create new clients in ShiftCare based on your HubSpot pipeline activity. By mapping data fields and setting triggers for specific deal stages, you can streamline your onboarding process and remove the need for manual client creation.
How It Works
With the HubSpot integration, you can:
Map client data fields: Decide which HubSpot properties are imported into ShiftCare’s client records.
Set triggers: Choose which pipeline and deal stage will trigger the automatic creation of a client in ShiftCare.
Automate client creation: Once a deal reaches your configured stage (e.g., Closed Won), the client record will be created in ShiftCare with the mapped details.
Importing Clients to ShiftCare
Navigate to Integrations > Browse > Enable HubSpot from the sidebar menu.
Your screen should now refresh and reveal the HubSpot section in the Integrations dropdown menu.
Click the blue 'Import Clients' button. A window will appear with detailed notes on important requirements.
Switch on 'Enable automatic syncing of clients from HubSpot'. This will display the client fields so you can map which client data fields/properties you want to import from HubSpot to ShiftCare.
Configure the 'Pipeline' and 'Deal Stage' sections. When these properties are confirmed in HubSpot, this will trigger client creation in ShiftCare.
Click the 'Pipeline' dropdown menu and select the appropriate option (e.g., Sales Pipeline).
Click the 'Deal Stage' dropdown menu to select the specific stage that will trigger client creation (e.g., Closed Won).
Click 'Save'.
When a deal linked to a contact in HubSpot progresses through your chosen pipeline and reaches the stage you've configured (e.g., Closed Won), ShiftCare automatically detects the update and creates a new client record.
The imported client will now appear in your client list in ShiftCare with all the mapped information from HubSpot.
You can view all clients automatically imported from HubSpot by clicking 'View Imported Clients' in the Import Clients from HubSpot section.
