The Client Full Report feature allows you to generate structured reports for audits and inspections.
This feature streamlines compliance preparation by allowing you to filter, select, and export detailed data regarding care planning, medication, and daily records.
To generate a report:
Navigate to Reports > Report Hub from the sidebar menu.
Look for and click on 'Client Full Report' ('Service User Full Report' for UK accounts).
Select the client from the dropdown menu, then adjust the date range for the report you want to generate. Alternatively, you can also choose from the last 30, 90, or 180 days.
Use the checkboxes to choose which data points to include in your report. Tick 'Select All' to generate all data points. See below for more info on the various data points.
Click 'Export'. A pop-up message will confirm the export.
Navigate to Reports > Download Center and click 'Download' to complete the process.
This will generate a PDF document that serves as a Table of Contents. It lists essential client details and contains embedded (clickable) links.
Simply click the links to download the specific CSV sub-reports you need (e.g., clicking 'Download' in the Billing row downloads the billing CSV file to your computer).
Export Data Points
The Full Client Report is organised into four key compliance sections containing 9 possible sub-exports.
Consent, Safeguarding & Risk
Forms (Responses): Exports consent forms and risk assessments completed for the client
Incident: Exports incident records, including falls, accidents, and other logged incidents
Activity Logs: Exports user audit trails and activity logs related to the client
Health and Medication
Medications: Exports medication plans, change history, and administration task logs
Care Planning & Delivery
Care Plans: Exports the client's care plan overview, including diagnoses, goals, and tasks
Goals: Exports care plan goals for the client
Care Plan - Goals/Task Response: Exports info on care plan goals and tasks
Communication & Billing
Communications: Exports clinical notes, daily records, emails, SMS, reminders, and other communication events
Billings: Exports billing records and transactions for the client
