The Report Hub is your central location for generating detailed insights into your organisation, shift operations, client details, and workforce planning.
To access your Report Hub, navigate to Reports > Report Hub from the left-hand menu. Click on the specific report you want to view.
Here are the various reports available on this page:
Vacant Shifts
This report identifies all unassigned shifts within a selected date range. It allows coordinators to proactively fill roster gaps, ensuring no client services are missed.
This report can be filtered by date range, price books, shift types, teams, facilities, and locations and can be downloaded as a CSV file from Reports > Download Center.
Recurring Shift Expiry
This report highlights recurring shift series that are approaching their end date. This enables you to proactively extend schedules before services drop off the roster, preventing service disruptions for clients.

Shift Details
This report provides a comprehensive, line-by-line view of all shifts. It can be filtered by date range, price books, shift types, teams, facilities, and locations.
You can fully customise this report to only show the exact data you need. Click the Column Selector button to check or uncheck specific columns (Shift ID is locked and always included). Your layout preferences are automatically saved to your specific user profile.
You can click the arrow buttons on column headers to sort your data in ascending or descending order.
When you export this report, the downloaded CSV file will match your customised view, omitting any columns you chose to hide. Once generated, your export can be downloaded from Reports > Download Center.
If your account is integrated with Xero Payroll (AU), this report also displays profitability metrics for each shift. Approved timesheet and earnings rate data are automatically pulled from Xero, and the cost per shift is calculated based on the hours worked.
Declined Shifts by Staff
This report provides visibility into shifts that were declined by staff members via the mobile app. It helps coordinators see exactly who is declining shifts, how much notice was given, and whether a replacement was successfully found.
The report features four clickable metric cards at the top of the page (Total Declined Shifts, Shifts Unfilled, % Declined < 24h Notice, and Average Notice Given). Clicking any of these cards will automatically filter the table below to show only the relevant shifts.
This report can be filtered by date range, staff, client, shift type, pay group, and notice given. It can be downloaded as a CSV or PDF file from Reports > Download Center.
Cancelled Shifts
This report provides visibility into shifts that were cancelled by the provider or the client. It helps coordinators understand cancellation volume, analyse the financial impact of charged vs. uncharged cancellations, and track whether cancelled shifts are successfully being rebooked.
The report features five clickable metric cards at the top of the page. Clicking a card will automatically filter the table below to show only the relevant shifts.
Total Cancelled Shifts: The total count of all cancelled shifts in the selected period.
Cancellation Recovery Rate: Shifts cancelled where the client was still billed (due to late notice or policy rules).
Cancelled without Charge: Shifts cancelled where the client was not billed.
Cancelled <24h Notice: Shifts cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
Shifts Not Rebooked: Cancelled shifts that have not been successfully replaced or re-rostered.
The data table provides a detailed breakdown of each cancellation. This report can be filtered by date range, staff, client, charge status (with or without), team, facility, or location. It can be downloaded as a CSV file from Reports > Download Center.
Client Document Expiry
This report tracks expiration dates for client documentation, such as service agreements and assessments. It helps you maintain compliance and ensures that all necessary paperwork is up to date before services continue.

Care Plan Progress
This report analyses client progress towards Care Plan goals and outcomes over time. It is a vital tool for NDIS reviews and stakeholder reporting, allowing you to visualise success rates and track task completion.
This report can be filtered by date range, clients, plan age, average score, task completion, task missed, and update days and can be downloaded as a CSV file from Reports > Download Center.
Medication Adherence Report
This report audits Medication Management (eMAR) records to ensure all scheduled medications have been administered and signed off. It displays given, refused, and missed doses, ensuring patient safety and strict adherence to medical plans.
This report can be filtered by the day/week/month, medications, and clients and can be downloaded as a CSV file from Reports > Download Center.
Client Full Report
This feature generates a comprehensive compliance export for a specific client, with customisable information that you can include in the report. Please read this complete guide on generating a client's full report.
Staff Document Expiry
This report monitors workforce compliance by tracking expiration dates for essential staff qualifications and certifications. This ensures that no staff member is rostered with invalid credentials, mitigating compliance risks.
This report can be filtered by date range, qualifications, teams, facilities, and locations and can be downloaded as a CSV file from Reports > Download Center.
Clock In/Out Variance
This report compares rostered shift times against actual app clock-in and clock-out data. This helps you quickly identify payroll discrepancies, punctuality issues, and unverified attendance records.
This report can be filtered by date range, teams, shift types, price books, locations, facilities, staff names, and client names. Tick the 'Late/Early Variance Only' checkbox to show late clock-ins, late clock-outs, and early clock-outs that are 10 minutes or more from the scheduled time.
This report can be downloaded as a CSV file from Reports > Download Center.
Work Hours Compliance - Staff View
This report monitors staff working hours against set limits or caps (e.g., maximum weekly hours). It ensures compliance with labour standards and Awards/SCHADS, helping to prevent staff burnout and unapproved overtime.
This report can be filtered by staff names, daily, and monthly views and can be downloaded as a CSV file from Reports > Download Center. More filters are available in the staff name view.
Pay Review Date
This report tracks staff members who are due for a pay rate review based on the specific review date set in their profile's details page (Pay Group Review Date). It aids HR teams in managing salary progressions and ensuring timely performance reviews.
This report can be filtered by date range, locations, teams, facilities, pay groups, roles, employment types, industry awards, and award level and can be downloaded as a CSV file from Reports > Download Center.
Human Capital Variance
This report analyses workforce utilisation by comparing a staff member's Contracted Minimum Hours against their Scheduled Hours for a specific period. This allows you to quickly identify if staff are being underutilised (not meeting their minimum hours) or overutilised (working beyond their standard weekly hours).
To use this report, you must have Contracted Minimum Hours configured in your staff profiles.
Understanding the Variance:
Negative Variance (Green): The staff member is scheduled below their contracted hours.
Positive Variance (Red): The staff member is scheduled above their weekly hours.
