Customising Scheduler/Roster Daily Time Range

Learn how to customise your Scheduler's Daily View time range to only show essential operating hours.

The Scheduler Daily View allows you to customise the visible time range to match your organisation's operating hours.

You can now hide off-hours (e.g., midnight to 6 AM) to improve visibility and reduce scrolling time.

Setting a Custom Time Range

To adjust the visible hours on your Scheduler:

  1. Navigate to the Scheduler and switch the calendar view to Daily View.

  2. Click the Settings (three dots) button in the top right corner and select 'Manage Calendar View'.

  3. Set your desired Start Time and End Time (e.g., 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM).

  4. Click 'Save'.

The page will refresh, and the Scheduler will now display only the hours you have selected.

Reverting to 24-Hour View

If you need to view shifts scheduled outside of your custom range, you can quickly switch back to the 24-hour layout.

  1. Open the View dropdown menu on the Scheduler.

  2. Toggle the '24 Hour View' option on.

  3. The Scheduler will reload to show the full 24-hour timeline.

Your custom time settings are saved automatically. If you refresh the page, navigate away, or log out and log back in, the Scheduler will remember your preferred time range so you don't need to set it every time.
