On the Staff > List page, if a staff member doesn't have a Last Login date set, it means they haven't accepted their invitation to join your account and set a password.
If they have never logged in before, simply click their name to access their details page.
Once there, click 'Resend Invitation' on the right-hand side of the screen.
Alternatively, you can simply email the invitation link to your staff member. You can access this link in Account > Settings. Click on 'Copy to Clipboard' as highlighted below and paste into an email to your staff member.
