Archiving a client is useful when they are no longer receiving services from your organisation. Archived clients are not counted towards your active client total, meaning you only pay for the clients who are currently active.
If a client returns, you can easily unarchive them. When you do, all their previous settings, information, and configurations will be reinstated automatically.
Archiving Clients
Follow these steps to archive a client:
Navigate to Clients > List from the sidebar menu and click on the name of the client you want to archive.
Scroll to the bottom-left corner of the profile page and click the red 'Archive Client' button.
A confirmation pop-up will appear with some reminders. Click 'Archive Client' after reading the note.
The client will be moved to your archived list, which can be accessed by navigating to Clients > Archived from the sidebar menu.
Important: All shifts for the archived client from tomorrow onward will be automatically removed. Please manually delete any shifts scheduled for today and notify the affected staff members.
Unarchiving Clients
Follow these steps to unarchive a client:
Go to Clients > Archived from the sidebar menu.
Find the client you want to unarchive, and click 'Unarchive' next to their name.
Once unarchived, the client will be restored with all their original details and settings intact.
