Notifications for Download and Export Requests

Where do export or download notifications get sent?

When exporting data from ShiftCare, the process runs in the background, and you’ll be notified once the export is ready to download.

An on-screen notification will appear in the notification bell at the top of the page.

Clicking this notification takes you to your Communications history page, where you can see the request that was made and download the file.

An email with a download link will also be sent to the email address you used to log in. Click the link for an instant download.
