If your team or a staff member having trouble login into ShiftCare, or they unable to receive reset password email then you can manually reset their password as well.

Go to staff profile and click on Manage

This will open up reset password dialog, provide new password and confirm it again. Hit Change password.

⚡️ Once password has been changed, staff member will have to login again using new password. You can inform staff member over the phone 📞 about their new password.
