If your team or a staff member having trouble login into ShiftCare, or they unable to receive reset password email then you can manually reset their password as well.
Go to staff profile and click on the Manage button.
This will open up reset password dialog, provide new password and confirm it again. Hit Change password button.
⚡️ Once the password has been changed, the staff member will have to login again using new password. You can inform staff member over the phone 📞 about their new password.
Please note, for security purposes, Admin user's passwords cannot be reset this way. In order for an admin user to reset their password they should use the link on the login page.
