If your team or a staff member having trouble login into ShiftCare, or they unable to receive reset password email then you can manually reset their password as well.
Go to staff profile and click on the Manage button.
This will open up reset password dialog, provide new password and confirm it again. Hit Change password button.
⚠️ You can only reset passwords for those with a lower access level role that your own |
⚡️ Once the password has been changed, the staff member will have to login again using the new password you created. You can inform staff member over the phone 📞 about their new password.
Please note, for security purposes, Admin user's passwords cannot be reset this way. In order for an admin user to reset their password they should use the Forgot your password? link on the login page (this link will not work if you are logged in).
Setting their own password
This is an important step to keep the passwords private. Once reset the team can change their password via their profile page which is access via the top right-hand corner of the website.
Once on the profile page the password can be changed.
