The Care Plan feature helps you keep track of client tasks and goals during your shifts. From your app, you can mark tasks and goals as complete, leave comments, and update progress.
These updates are shared across carers in the same shift, ensuring everyone stays aligned on client care.

Within your shift, click on the 'Tasks' button at the bottom of the screen.
This opens the Tasks page, which displays the client's care plan tasks and goals, along with essential details.
Completing Tasks
Depending on your organisation's settings, a care plan may include single-response or multiple-response tasks.
Note: Medication tasks are strictly limited to one completion per shift.
Single-Response Tasks
To complete a task, open the task card and click 'Complete Task'.
Leave a comment, then click 'Submit'. The 'Complete Task' button will disappear.
To make changes to the submitted task, click on the three horizontal dots.
From here, you can either undo the task to delete the record or edit your comment.
When a task is completed, the task card will display a green check mark.
Incomplete Tasks
To record an incomplete task, click the three vertical dots beside the Complete Task button.
Select 'Mark task as incomplete'.
Leave a comment (required) and select 'Submit'.
Incomplete tasks will be denoted by a red X, and the response details will be displayed.
Multiple-Response Tasks
To submit a response, open the task card and click the three vertical dots beside the Complete Task button.
Select 'Mark task as incomplete'.
Leave a comment (required) and select 'Submit'. You can leave as many responses as needed.
Tap the History tab to see previous records.
To complete the task, click the blue 'Complete Task' button.
Leave a comment and click 'Submit'.
To undo a response (which deletes the record) or edit your comment, click the three horizontal dots corresponding to the response and make your selection.
Incomplete tasks will be denoted by a red X, with the details of the last response indicated, as well as the number of responses.
Completed multiple-response tasks will be marked by this icon:
Tracking Goals
Goals can be completed either with a percentage or a comment.
To complete a Percentage goal, tick the checkbox beside the goal.
Slide the progress bar to the appropriate value, leave a comment, and click 'Confirm'.
To complete a Comment goal, tick the checkbox beside the goal.
Leave a comment and click 'Confirm'.
To undo a goal completion and delete the record, untick the checkbox beside the goal name and click 'Confirm'.
Important Notes
Task/goal completions are shared across carers in the same shift. If one carer ticks off a task/goal, all the other carers in the same shift will see the task/goal as complete.
Completing a task overwrites previous completions. If carer A ticks off a task and carer B ticks off the same task, then the task will be completed by carer B, not carer A.
Undoing a completion deletes the previous record.
Task completions and comments appear in care plan task logs and exports.
